Welcome to LocalPrice! These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access and use of the LocalPrice mobile application (the 'App') provided by Mateusz Kiebala ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

5. Advertising and AdMob
We use AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google, to serve ads in our app for users utilizing the free subscription. AdMob may collect and use information about your device and browsing behavior to personalize the advertising content you see. 6. User Data and Privacy Compliance (GDPR and CCPA)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users have the right to know what personal information is collected about them, to access this information, and to request the deletion of their personal information. For users utilizing the free subscription, it's important to note that the app does not actively collect personal information beyond what is necessary for ad personalization, which is handled by AdMob. 8. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mateusz Kiebala and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mateusz Kiebala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
