Subscription Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Subscription Overview
By purchasing a subscription plan ('Subscription') for the Ads-Free version of our mobile application ('App'), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. The Subscription grants you access to the Ads-Free version during the specified subscription period.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different durations and pricing. The details of each plan, including the subscription period and cost, are available within the App.
3. Payment
Payment for the Subscription is processed through the respective app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). By subscribing, you authorize the app store to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee.
4. Subscription Period
The Subscription is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. It will automatically renew, and Google Play will bill the customer's Google Checkout account at the time of purchase and monthly subsequent to the purchase date. Please note that exact billing intervals can vary slightly over time.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled, the Subscription will automatically renew, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your app store account settings. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.
7. Changes to Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Subscription plans, pricing, and features at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your Subscription and access to the Ads-Free version if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to our App or other users.
9. Refund Policy
All Subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for partial or unused subscription periods.
10. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found in Profile > Privacy > Privacy policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
